慢跑健身

慢跑,是最简单易行的健身运动之一,它不需要特殊的器材、场地,只要有毅力和恒心。

是的,跑步很单调,坚持下来很不容易,也有各种理由来推托。自己去年也曾有过练习跑10K的计划,都是跑了几个星期后不了了之,太多的借口了,虽然也经常出去骑车、hiking,有时下班走路回家,运动量也不小了,但我心底有个愿望,希望自己在还能跑得动的时候试试跑个半马,那一定是个不寻常的历程,我喜欢挑战自我,挑战自己的毅力。那么为了明年春天的半马,现在就开始行动起来吧。

从美国游玩回来了,继续慢跑锻练:

Dec 29, 冰雨大停电后,踏着积雪/薄冰继续慢跑,4.9km in 38min.

Dec 14, 操场绕圈, 4km in 28min.

Dec 07, Eldred King Woodlands trail, 9.1km in 1:21

Dec 01, East Don Parklands, 10.06km in 1:22

Nov 30, Eldred King Woodlands trail,8.92km in 1:18

Nov 24, East Don Parklands, 10.16km in 1:21

Nov 23, East Don Parklands, 9.62km in 1:13

Nov 18, 从今天开始每天下班从地铁站跑步回家,虽然距离不长,但如能每天坚持必有收获。

Nov 17, 昨天跑步前准备活动不够,感觉很累。今天特意去了East Don Parklands trail, 这里比较平坦,所以增加了距离,8.16km in 1:03

Nov 16, 继续trail running, Eldred King Woodlands trail, 6.53km in 52 min

Nov 10, 第一次trail running, 和mini 小分队的几位来到Seneca king campus trail, 雨后比较泥泞,跑的比较慢,6.1km in 1:02

Nov 9, 5.33km in 35min

Nov 2 Jogging 6.1km in 45min, ave speed 7.24km/h

Oct 6  Jogging 6.25km in 48 min., ave speed 7.81km/h

Oct 5 Jogging 6.12km in 46 min., ave speed 7.91km/h

Sept 29 Biking 54km in 3 hrs 32 min.

Sept 28 Jogging 4.48km in 33 min., ave speed 8.08km/h

Sept 21 Jogging 3.98km in 32 min., ave speed 7.36km/h
