Learn to run 10KM

最早是在北美户外论坛看到LuLu 发的帖子:“SportMedBC Learn to Run 10K”,那是二月份,当时虽然觉得不错,但多伦多冰天雪地,户外跑步不现实,记得我还跟LinZi说,先去滑雪吧,天暖和再跑步。几个月的时间过去了,新买的ASICS的RUNNING SHOES也一直在鞋盒子里,一步都没跑过,从春天到夏天心里以各种理由推托,真是懒惰啊。

今天我跑步了。傍晚,沿着小区寂静的街道走跑交替,跑了一会儿,天空的彩虹现出来,左右各一段,很是绚丽。

LearnToRun10K Program

So you’ve decided you’d like to LearnToRun10K. If you’ve never run before, or if you’ve not done any running for 3 months or longer, then this is the program for you.

Week 1

S1:34min
Warm-up: Walk slow & easy 5 minutes
Run 1 minute. Walk 2 minutes. Do this 8 times.
Cool-down: Walk slow & easy 5 minutes

    是的,长跑是练毅力、意志的。我以前上学的时候练过长跑(3000m/5000m),但都没能坚持长久。

    昨晚也看到彩虹了,赶紧冒着小雨跑到外面操场照了几张照片,还是双彩虹呢。
