我读了前几章，还没看完。克林顿对于重振美国经济、就业、银行贷款、公司投资等等有太多太多的想法，试图为美国描绘出一条摆脱困境的路线图。

Montreal has placed among the top 10 in a survey of the world’s most bike-friendly cities, earning the highest ranking of any metropolis in North America.
The Danish firm Copenhagenize Consulting recently released its list of the top 20 bicycle-friendly cities in the world for 2011. The “Copenhagenize Index” as it’s called, puts Amsterdam in the #1 spot, scoring 54 out of a possible maximum score of 64, with Copenhagen itself placing second with a score of 52.
Montreal was the only Canadian city to make the list. Toronto’s current political climate and lack of on-street bicycle infrastructure keeps it off the list, and Vancouver’s “sporty” bicycle culture and mandatory helmet law + lack of bike sharing keeps it off the list.

Newfoundland 一路风光无限
从纽芬兰旅游回来快两周了，心还留在Newfoundland，连续10多天整理照片，很多很多的美景和回忆。。。
我们这次10日游，在行前议论了多次详细的计划和景点，大家一致觉得精选浏览行程和景点，深度体验，避免走马观花、舟车劳累。
第一天 St. John’s to Brigus
周六早7:30的航班飞往St. John’s, 开始了盼望已久的纽芬兰之行。
中午在St. John’s 飞机场拿到提前预订的minivan，到Costco 买了些水果、饮水和零食，并到downtown 的Atmosphere买了气罐，然后按既定计划一路向西开往Brigus.
Brigus 是位于 Conception Bay的一个小镇， 我们到达Brigus 后先去看营地，一个是在Riverside RV Park，面积不大，视野不开阔，感觉像窝在后院一样，不太佳，又去了 Mountain View RV Park，里边停了几排RV，看起来有些是常住户，owner领我们到了河边的一大片绿地，告诉我们可以在这里露营，只收了我们$20.我们搭好帐篷后，就开车前往Brigus Avalon Peninsula.

拍摄日落余晖和日出晨曦是我们出游的保留节目，这次Newfoundland 之行也不例外。因夜晚旁边的RV 一直在放着音乐聊天，我们难以入睡，以至于第二天凌晨起来迟了，当我们急匆匆跳上汽车前往Brigus 海湾时，远远看到天空一抹红光，很是绚丽，到达拍摄地点，大家拿出相机、上脚架，测光构图，还真出了几张不错的片片：

那天的云光确实漂亮，变化很快，从蓝紫到橙色到蓝色，然后又是一层白雾蒙蒙。
第二天 From Brigus to Trinity
在Brigus的清晨我们在海湾小镇随意走走停停，拍片到快9点钟，然后在Tim Hortons 买了早餐，就拔营上路前往Trinity， 开车3个半小时，到了我们行前预订好的cottage – Trinity Mercantile，当初我们打电话预订住处时，被告知正在装修，但肯定会在我们到达时整理完毕，还给了我们很不错的价格。
到达Trinity Mercantile，果然里外粉刷一新，还带着淡淡的油漆味，好在天气不太凉，门窗全开空气流通，到也不错，全新的卫生间和厨房设备，3个 bedroom和卫生间在楼上，楼下是living room、kitchen，安顿好行李，我们就出发去Elliston 看 Puffin.
临行前，我们的队友QQ同学特意查了很多资料和游记，发现Elliston Puffin viewing 是个很好的游点，不用坐船出海，而且就在Trinity 附近，非常方便。
Puffin 是非常可爱的海鸟，大约20多厘米大。

Puffin Park:
要想拍摄Puffin 至少要用400m的镜头，我的这个镜头长度还不够啊。
这只puffin 嘴里噙着两条小鱼，还没落稳，周围的海鸥就扑上来，嘴里夺食，这些不劳而获的海鸥太过分了。没办法，puffin 只得又一次飞向海边继续猎食。
据当地人讲，最好的时间观看puffin 是从5月下旬到8月中旬，会有数百、千只puffin 在小岛上，而我们则晚了一个星期，只看到了几只。。。

就要出发了，Newfoundland 10日游
周六早晨飞往St. John’s， 就要踏上那片神奇的土地，那里独特的自然景观和纯朴的民风，很是期待。。。
这次东行，除了要backpacking 外，还有几天是很休闲的游玩、采风，所以特意买了个Lowepro Photo Sport 200 AW 的背包，可以装上一机三镜和hiking 的用品、食物、水袋，用于day hiking 不错啊。

Android apps run on Playbook
Android 的开源开放、应用支持、开发模式、对Flash的完美支持，使得这个崭新的平台渐渐的走向成熟，丰富的软、硬件的选择，也赢得了越来越多的用户的喜爱。
Worldy 一直想有个Android系统的智能手机，心仪Samsung Galaxy S2，只可惜Rogers 还没有这款手机。
前几天刷网，看到有网友在讨论将Android的应用软件完美的安装在Blackberry Playbook 上，顿时眼前一亮，按照网上的方法一路作下来，还真妙，成功了。

强列建议仔细看那个youtube 的视频，并按照列出的步骤一步一步设定，那个视频说是15分钟搞定，实际上要用多一些时间。

Learn to run 10KM
最早是在北美户外论坛看到LuLu 发的帖子：“SportMedBC Learn to Run 10K”，那是二月份，当时虽然觉得不错，但多伦多冰天雪地，户外跑步不现实，记得我还跟LinZi说，先去滑雪吧，天暖和再跑步。几个月的时间过去了，新买的ASICS的RUNNING SHOES也一直在鞋盒子里，一步都没跑过，从春天到夏天心里以各种理由推托，真是懒惰啊。
今天我跑步了。傍晚，沿着小区寂静的街道走跑交替，跑了一会儿，天空的彩虹现出来，左右各一段，很是绚丽。

By following these steps you can check your shutter count as well as a few other things. Follow these steps:
1. While holding the “Menu” button, press Power button to switch on
按住Menu键的同时按电源键
2. Press “Menu” and go to “Monitor brightness adjustment” screen
按Menu进入菜单，进入屏幕亮度调整
3. Press “Info” and “OK” button at same time, you will see the screen showing “Olympus”
同时按住Info和OK键，这时你应该可以看到屏幕上显示Olympus…
4. Press the following buttons in the sequence: Up, Down, Left, Right and then press the Shutter, followed by Up (dial button in my E-P2)
按顺序按下： 上，下，左，右，快门，上，你就能进入工程菜单了
5. Engineering mode page is seen. Press dial button to Page 1, 2, 3, and “D”.
通过上下左右键进入Page1, 2, ,3, D
6. Shutter count is on “Page 2” under “R”.
其中， Page 2的R 显示的就是快门数。
The other lines on the screen mean:
R: shutter release count 快门数
S: flash use count 闪光数
C: CMOS cleaning mode (with mirror lock-up – in E-410 series)
U: number of ultrasonic dedusting, ~ number of power switch on 自动除尘数（相当于电源开关次数）
V: number of use of LiveView 使用Liveview的次数
B: number of shot using In-Body Stablization 使用防抖的次数
Please be careful when doing this. Although it’s probably perfectly safe to do this i hold no responsibility if you mess up your Pen.
有网友测试，Olympus XZ-1、新版E-P3也是用这个方法。 测试了一下我的E-PL2, 快门数883 （其中我自己拍的有100来张）。

泛舟French River
在安省中部的French River是一条连接Lake Nipissing和Lake Huron的河,从东部的 Lake Nipissing 到西部的 Georgian Bay，长110公里。
我们这次去的是Upper French River, 从Dokis First Nation 那里开始。早6点过出发，沿hwy400、69号公路北上然后转64号公路东行，开车近4个多小时才到达Dokis.
我们的小舟：
这次有幸与多城大名鼎鼎的摄影高人Henry Liu一起出游，最左边的那条是Sea Eagle inflatable kayak就是Henry 的小船，5分钟就可以充足气，比kayak平稳，比canoe 轻巧，速度很快，拉起风帆，如果风向、风速适宜，如虎添翼啊。
