Salomon leaves R’down trail run

多伦多的Sunnybrook Park 这一片有不错的骑车、慢跑、散步小道，今天和多跑的跑友参加了Salomon 多伦多专卖店组织的周末越野跑活动，有机会窥探了几条越野跑小径，进入Edward Gardens 南行一段后拐入树林中，小径上铺满了树叶，蜿蜒曲折，上下起伏，只跑了一圈11公里，觉得比龙润的20公里还累。这说明自己的耐力 – 心肺耐力和肌肉耐力还很差，这是短板，需要多练。

在活动中，见到了多伦多越野超女然乌乌，文静温和，但在赛道上确是那么的tough，她今年完成了Fat Dog 越野赛，120 mile race has elevation gain of 8673 metres.
